Privacy policy
How Thinkmojo handles information when you visit our website or get in touch.
Effective October 30, 2026 · Last updated October 30, 2026
Who we are
Thinkmojo, Inc. is the U.S. business operating this website. This policy covers information from visitors to thinkmojo.com and people who contact us through the website. Client projects may be subject to separate agreements.
For privacy questions or requests, email hi@thinkmojo.net.
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, company and project details. Your website and role are optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential client materials in an initial enquiry.
If you arrive through a tagged “Start an AI project” link, your enquiry includes that source so our team can understand the context. This is a link tag, not a record of your browsing history.
How we use enquiry information
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss your brief, prepare proposals, follow up about a potential project and manage related business correspondence. We keep contact information for managing enquiries and business relationships and may use customer relationship management (CRM) service providers for this purpose.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or general promotional email campaign. Any separate subscription or marketing use would require its own appropriate notice and, where required, consent.
Contact form and email delivery
Our server sends form submissions through Resend to our team’s email inbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. The form does not store submissions in a website database; copies exist in email systems and may exist in delivery-provider records and our business contact records.
The form uses validation, a hidden spam-check field and temporary in-memory attempt counters to reduce abuse. You can choose not to submit a form. Emailing us directly also shares the information you include in that email.
Technical information and analytics
When you request a page, image or video, the servers delivering it receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested resource and request time. Hosting and delivery providers may maintain diagnostic or security logs to operate and protect their services.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand website traffic, such as pages visited, referral sources, browser and device types, and approximate location. Plausible says it does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers and does not store raw IP addresses or raw browser user-agent strings. It uses daily identifiers to calculate website statistics. See Plausible’s data policy for details. We do not send contact-form message contents to Plausible.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the website and handle enquiries: Hetzner for website hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and media storage, Mux for video delivery, Resend for email delivery, Plausible for analytics, and providers of business email and CRM services. These providers process information needed for the functions they perform.
Information may be handled by team members involved in responding to your enquiry and managing the business relationship. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to respond to legal claims, investigate misuse or protect people and systems.
Videos, external services and cookies
Video delivery and external embeds can send technical information directly to the service involved. Some legacy pages contain external media. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies and may collect information across websites under their own practices. Links to other websites take you to services we do not operate.
Plausible analytics is cookie-free. Authorised website editors use authentication cookies. This does not mean that every external service or embedded item is cookie-free. Our website does not currently change its operation in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Browser privacy settings can limit some third-party activity, although blocking services may affect playback or other features.
Where information is handled
Our business is based in the United States and works with team members and service providers in other locations. Your information may be processed outside your state, province or country, where legal protections and access rules may differ. Contact hi@thinkmojo.net with questions about the handling of your information.
Retention
We have not adopted a fixed automatic deletion period for enquiry and inactive-contact records. Correspondence and contact details can remain in our email and business records after an initial discussion.
When reviewing retention or a deletion request, we consider whether information is still needed for the enquiry or business relationship, recordkeeping obligations, security, or legal claims. Provider logs and backup copies may have different retention periods. To ask us to review or delete your information, email hi@thinkmojo.net. We cannot promise immediate removal from every provider record or backup.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to request access to your information, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for a use. You can also ask questions or raise a concern about our handling of your information.
Send requests to hi@thinkmojo.net. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. Some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted reasons. You can contact the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.
Security
We use access controls and technical safeguards for website administration and configuration. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
Changes
We will post updates to this policy here with a revised date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
